After discussing your vision by email, our designers will create custom mock-ups. Then, we’ll schedule a call to review and finalize every detail before moving forward.

Approval & Deposit
After you approve the final design, our artisans will carefully craft your ring. A 50% deposit starts the process, with the balance due before delivery. We strive to make everything smooth and flexible for you.

Updates & Delivery
Once your ring is approved and the deposit is received, we’ll begin crafting it—a process that typically takes six weeks. You’ll receive regular email updates throughout, keeping you informed every step of the way. When complete, we’ll carefully package your ring and send it to your door using insured shipping to ensure it arrives safely and ready to be treasured for a lifetime.
